Our Mission

Our Mission

We are a 501(c3) registered nonprofit charity. Our mission boils down to the following:

  • To promote the interest of legitimate fish and wildlife sport, while enforcing the laws for the protection and propagation of fish and wildlife worldwide.
  • To create and promote legislation that protects natural resources and the wildlife living within the boundaries of these resources.
  • To protect property and rights of the members of the association, as well as any persons who are interested in the protection and propagation of fish and game.

Any and all donations or funds raised go to benefit the operation and mission of the charity.

It is now a non-profit organization funded from memberships, barn rentals, donations, and special events.  97 years have gone by since the organizers: G.J.Baxter, L.G. Shenberger, H.F. Martin, B.F. Donley, and many others who believed in the future of the farm for conservation purposes and an outdoor playground for the members and their children for years to come.  It has happened the way they visualized and is a wonderful place to fish, have reunions, and to enjoy the outdoors.

The bottom of the large old barn has been remodeled with a nice kitchen and bathrooms and is available for rent year-round.
